Adobe Field Trip
For Adobe Field Trip 2021, we created a virtual field trip to explore a collection of disparate worlds, from outer space to a coral reef. Harnessing a broad array of Adobe products, we produced a hybrid live action and animated show, and a companion web-based experience, both featuring bespoke illustration, animation, digital interactions, scripted sequences, and original music.
With a talented collection of actors, guest appearances, and Adobe's employees and partners, we explored movement, meditation, our senses, science, art, food, and more.
Post event metrics revealed that we exceeded the engagement goal, netting 138% of the expected audience, and we tracked multiple repeat visits from known households, indicating that the activations were worth enjoying--and coming back for. Best of all, Adobe community members applauded our thoughtful content, diverse set of talent, and in particular, our ASL presenter.
2021 | Art direction, strategy, design
Adobe Field Trip is an annual experience for Adobe families that showcases the best of Adobe creativity, culture, and community. For the second year running, we were asked to design and execute an immersive program for a remote audience. This year, we were challenged to think about a fresh approach to engaging families at home with creative, educational, and community-minded interactions that engage a range of ages.
